Playtesting Continues

Y’all:

Sorry for the long stretch between updates. I’ll keep this one brief, as I should have more to add later this weekend.

Last weekend I was able to get together with some folks and continue playtesting Fornever Role-Playing Game. I had a complete adventure written up for the group to go on and I thought it was just peachy…right up until the night before! That’s when I decided that the second half of the adventure should really be its own thing, so I excised it and put it on hold. Yeah, I’m saving that for later.

I outlined how the remaining adventure should go, but didn’t have time to complete it before playtesting. The group was really great, though, and we bounced some ideas back and forth about the adventure’s next steps (without my having to give away too much of the plot), and they also got hit with a hefty lore dump, so all in all it was a successful playtesting session.

As for game development, its still going well. I’ve set some deadlines for myself so I can make sure this product gets out to you, the people. It’s gonna be awesome! These playtest adventures will make up part of the three-book set that comprise the core of the game. I’ll probably include some of this info in the margins for those folks who like to read that sort of thing, sort of a window into my mind.

Last but not least, MAC 3 Games now has an official logo! You might have noticed it when you came to the website. Stephanie at TabGrafix does amazing stuff and she is great to work with.

Have an outstanding Labor Day weekend!
